Michael Lyster - Irish TV Sports Presenter - Success - 26 June 2012 Michael Lyster is an Irish TV sports presenter and commentator employed by Ireland's RTÃ network. A veteran presenter for 35 years, he has hosted numerous shows related to soccer and rugby, but is well known for his job as the host of the popular GAA magazine show "The Sunday Game". He is also remembered for falling victim to a prank by former Irish soccer star Andy Townsend, who was hiding behind a goal post while Lyster was speaking to the TV camera. Lyster was also one of the commentators who worked on RTÃ's coverage of The 1984 Los Angeles Olympics.
