The Dalai Lama RTS - 24 February 2018 Sent a LOR, return envelope, a 5 x 7 photo and cash for return postage to His Holiness the Dalai Lama on 8/15/ 2017 to the data base address. My letter was returned to me on 2/20/2018. Some thing is fishy. How difficult is to forward a letter to somebody like the Dalai Lama?
