Sent a message to Bayer Leverkusen website asking for Lars Bender's autograph. I received not only Bender's autograph but also 4 other players. It also came with a letter that telling I should send a SAE envelope next time if requesting a free autograph. Additional charges will be made if requesting more than 3 autographs
