Phil Niekro fail with updated price list - 18 septembre 2015
I initially sent a LOR, SASE, trading card and $10 donation. The card came back unsigned along with my donation and an updated price list. Since the trading cards and 8x10s are the same price, I'm going to try again with a photo.
