Used the address in the database. Sent it roughly around mid to late September. Maybe early October.. Somewhere around there. Got it back today 12/22! Makes my second one from them. I got the first at Ozzfest 2005 in Columbus Ohio when Howard Jones was the frontman. Totally stoked at this success!
