Former MLB/Current Rice University Coach José Cruz Jr. 2nd Attempt Success - July 5th, 2023
Sent a LOR, a SASE, & 1 card which was sent back & signed ('98 Flair Showcase). He even sent back an extra '98 Score Rookie & Traded Showcase Series card that he signed. My 1st attempt was sent to the Rice Owls stadium address & came back marked RTS. This time I sent to the Department of Athletics address. Next I'll be sending off to his father & his son, once I get some cards of theirs.

José Cruz Jr. Former MLB Outfielder Fail RTS - January 28th, 2022
Sent 1 card on 01/12/22 to Jose Cruz Jr. c/o Rice Owl Baseball Reckling Park 1968 University Blvd # 2050 Houston, TX 77030. My request was sent back on 01/27/22 unopened and marked RTS. I had thought that he was going to be just starting to coach the Rice Owls this year, but maybe that info wasn't valid or maybe this is the wrong address to send requests to, I'm not sure. If anyone knows of a current, working address please let me know. It would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.
