Joseph Peter Spano (born July 7, 1946) is an American actor known best for his roles as Lt. Henry Goldblume on Hill Street Blues and FBI Special Agent Tobias C. Fornell on NCIS.
Sent him 2 photos on 9 May '22 and got them back signed 12 Mar 24.. Note saying sorry for slow return..

Joe Spano Actor.. Refused my mail RTS - May 3rd, 2022
Sent an autograph request to actor Joe Spano on 15 Apr and it came back on 3 May.. Stamped on the envelope several times was Refused Return to Sender plus there was the yellow post office sticker Not Deliverable As Addressed Unable to Forward..
You can see where the envelope had been opened and then taped closed again..

Joe Spano (NCIS, Hill Street Blues) Success :D - July 16th, 2012
About 5 months ago, I sent a LOR, an index card, and a SASE to Mr. Spano and today I recieved a signed index card. I am super excited to add him to my NCIS Project as he has been my most wanted NCIS Signature! Thanks Fanmail and Mr. Spano!
