I sent a LOR (in a larger envelope with several others) and an SAE to the Holby City studio address and received a personalised signed cast card and a handwritten note just over a month later! Joe McFadden success Heartbeat, Holby City - 26 octobre 2015 I sent my letter of request, s.a.e and 3 photos to Joe c/o Holby City Neptune House, BBC Elstree, Clarendon Road. Borehamwood. Joe McFadden Holby City Success - 07 mars 2015 I wrote to Joe on the 16 February 2015 and today 7 March 2015 i received a signed cast card and a nice letter from Joe as well. I sent it via Elstree Studios. Sorry no scan.
