Jerry Lewis (Secretarial) - 19 May 2012
This past Wednesday (5/16), I got my custom index card back signed by Jerry Lewis. However, after comparing the autograph on the card to other confirmed authentics online, it appears this is most likely a secretarial signature as it is too "tight" (unlike Mr. Lewis sloppier signings). The address I used was Jerry Lewis, c/o Jerry Lewis Films Inc, 2820 West Charleston Boulevard, Suite D33, Las Vegas, NV 89102. The request was sent on April 25, 2012 (21 days total).

Jerry Lewis Success - 24 April 2012
I LOVE JERRY LEWIS!
I sent 3 pictures and requested one be signed to me and my dad since we love him sooo much! He ended up signing all 3 and getting back to me in 2 weeks and 2 days!
I sent the pictures, a SASE, and a letter telling him how much we loved him and requested his autograph.
