Fats Domino Success - March 3rd, 2013
I sent an LOR, SASE and index card to the address in the database for Fats Domino on 11/2/12, and yesterday I received my index card signed in my SASE along with the usual "Only Autograph Request!" note  The return address he has written on the envelope is different from the address in the database, but I cant read his handwriting very well.

Fats Domino success - December 13th, 2012
I sent a letter, photo and SASE on Oct 22nd and received signed photo on Dec 5th. He will only honor one request per person and keeps a record of it. he lets you know this by affixing a little note to the back of the photo stating: "only autograph request!" and the date he signed the item. I would think that the sig. is good since he goes through this trouble. Any advice on the authenticity would be appreciated. I throw away all sec./bogus items. The address I used was:

really fast Fats Domino SUCCESS! - April 4th, 2012
On March 27, 2012, I wrote rock 'n roll legend Fats Domino with an autograph request, enclosing an SSAE and 3x5 card for signing. Imagine my shock to find his reply in my mailbox today, April 4, 2012. Card was inscribed "Luck-Fats Domino." There was a sticky note attached, with "Only autograph request! Thank you!" 8 mailing days for reply..........WOW! Mailing address is

Fats Domino Success! - March 28th, 2012
Sent on 2/21/12 one photo, SASE and LOR. Received today 3/27/12 signed but not personalized. Included was a post-it saying "Only Autograph Requests!" Still, Im pretty happy and its a great one to add to the collection!
