On 4/6/12, I wrote comedy and film legend Don Rickles with a TTM autograph request, enclosing SSAE and a 3x5 card for signing. Got his reply today, 7/23/12, but no 3x5. Instead, he sent a 8x10 that was signed "To Pat.....Best, Don Rickles." His address can be found in the fanmail.biz database and is below. This is 1 of 3 received today.

Don Rickles (Mr. Potato Head) Success! x3 - September 26th, 2011
About 4/5 months ago I sent a LOR, 3 photos and SASE to Don Rickles and today I received all my photos back signed  ! Don Rickles plays the voice of Mr. Potato Head in the Toy Story films! I now have autographs from Mr. Potato Head, Hamm, Buzz Lightyear and Woody in my Toy Story collection!
