I sent two photos of David as the 10th Doctor a while ago, along with a LOR and SASE.
The address I used was the Independant Talent address in the database.
I received both photos back signed and personalized on 26/11/12.

Im really happy with this success, I got one from him a few years ago... I met him last year at the Entertainment Media show (Flew to the UK for the show) and thought Id sent him the photo of the two of us to get signed.
He also included a note on my IRCs to inform me that the post office in the UK are no longer accepting IRCs. So a BIG thanks for him for paying for postage.
