Charles Lynwood Harper (born August 14, 1944 in Haskell, Oklahoma) is a former professional American football player who played guard for seven seasons (1966-1972) for the New York Giants.
Sent him 2 cards on 2 Apr and got both back signed 23 Apr.. He also sent a little note on the back my letter that he was glad to hear from me and that he is retired from 40 years of insurance and is enjoying playing golf everyday..
