Cecil Cooper - Former Brewers 1st Baseman and Astros Manager - February 6th, 2013
I just got this one back a few days ago. Only took about a year!! But I was super thrilled to see it in my mail box. Post mark was from Phoenix so Im not sure if Cecils Texas address is current or any good.
