I sent about two years ago or so, so quite a long wait. I am so happy! Im not sure what address I sent to but it came back with a Canadian stamp, with a Canadian mail sticker but the return address was: 9100 Wilshire Blvd. West Tower, 6th Floor Suite 555 Beverly Hills, CA 90212 So thats a bit confusing.
